Happy Pagan Easter 2014

The Egg of Heliopolis, supposedly

Even though I don’t care much about Easter compared to, say, Christmas, at least from a secular standpoint, I do care for its pagan roots. So I’d just like to wish a happy springtime festival of fertility this year, rather than a solemn memorial of the death of a religious saviour, and that’s all there is to it.

Oh, and I hope there’s more pagan holidays to gas on about, let alone pagan holidays that still survive in our Christian/secular culture. I’m sick of having just the few main ones to talk about.
